Guns and Camo Exchange (GCX) is a firearms marketplace that connects buyers with licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). GCX does not sell firearms directly. All transactions are conducted between buyers and licensed dealers.
GCX facilitates the discovery, listing, and transfer coordination of firearms and related products. The actual sale, transfer, and associated legal obligations remain between the buyer, the selling FFL, and the receiving FFL.
To purchase firearms on GCX, you must:
Sellers on GCX must hold a current, valid FFL issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
You may not use GCX to:
GCX verifies the active status of all selling and receiving FFLs at the time of each transaction using ATF’s publicly available FFL database. GCX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction where FFL status cannot be confirmed.
All firearms transfers must be completed in accordance with federal law, including completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check at the receiving FFL. GCX does not facilitate private party transfers or shipments to non-FFL addresses.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information, selecting a valid receiving FFL, complying with all local laws, and completing required transfer documentation at the receiving FFL.
Sellers (FFLs) are responsible for accurate inventory listings, lawful shipment to the receiving FFL, maintaining their bound book in accordance with ATF requirements, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCX and Iron Infrastructure LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any transaction conducted through GCX, or the actions of any buyer, seller, or third party.
GCX is a technology platform. We do not take title to, possess, or physically handle any firearms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
During the beta period, GCX services are provided “as is” without warranty. Features, policies, and these Terms may change before public launch. Beta participants acknowledge that the platform is under active development.
